Carolyn Didsbury

Carolyn’s passion is to make a difference for others and to coach individuals to be the best they can be: to achieve their potential and goal-setting. Her interest is in how and why leaders do what they do, and how their work aligns with what matters to them. ​

Throughout her coaching work, Carolyn draws from her experience as a leader in FTSE 100 companies, her training in Coaching, Behavior Change, and Psychosynthesis as well as her own lived experience and awareness. In her holistic approach, Carolyn is innovative and supportive, curious about what is being said and what is not being said, collaborative, flexible, and transformational. She coaches with head and heart, generating creative thinking by asking questions that invite reflection, exploration and fresh thinking leading to pragmatic solutions and a way forward. ​

Since 2010, Carolyn has worked as a coach with emerging leaders as well as legacy leaders in multinationals, SMEs, academic research, charities, and consultancies. In her view, it is a privilege to be able to support her clients as they explore the challenges they face and achieve success.​
