As a PCC Accredited Coach (ICF), Points of You® Master, and ORSC® Practitioner, Jennifer coaches individuals and corporate groups around themes of Ikigai ( a Japanese concept referring to something that gives a person a sense of purpose, a reason for living) and Inclusion. She loves revealing secret selves and limiting beliefs and then working with clients to create ways to integrate that awareness into action.

She is also the host of the podcast “Ikigai with Jennifer Shinkai” and has illustrated two children’s books.
