What lights Laura up about coaching is seeing that moment when something clicks—when the person she’s working with reconnects with their purpose, shifts their perspective, or realizes they’re capable of more than they thought. She does this work because she cares deeply about helping people grow in ways that feel meaningful and lasting.

With over 17 years of experience in coaching and leadership development, Laura has worked with incredible individuals across professional services, law, investment, media, pharma, social housing, government, and retail. Most recently, she supported over 60 Directors as they stepped into Partnership roles within Big Four firms—something she’s incredibly proud of.

Laura shows up with empathy, calm confidence, and curiosity. This helps her clients feel safe to open up, think differently, and challenge themselves. She uses a mix of proven tools, leadership models, and a lot of listening to shape each experience around the person in front of her.

What makes her proud? Helping leaders grow into versions of themselves they didn’t quite believe were possible—and watching them go on to inspire others.
