Renu Sachdeva

As Global Head of Coaching for Talking Talent, Renu leads a team of world-class coaches who deliver excellence in coaching across a diverse range of geographies, industries, and clients. Her team is grounded in their mission of improving one million lives per year by developing their coaching clients into the powerful leaders of today and tomorrow, recognizing that their growth will have a ripple effect across all of the lives they touch in the workplace and in their communities.

Renu is passionate about creating workplaces where people can show up as their authentic selves and feel a deep sense of belonging and connection with their colleagues. She believes in the transformative power of coaching to shift personal paradigms and belief systems so we can more fully accept ourselves and others. ​

Renu embraces her identity as a first-generation employee in Corporate America and leverages her own lived experiences to connect with her coaching clients of all backgrounds. As an empathic and intuitive coach, she creates a safe space for learning and self-exploration. ​

Renu has worked in the professional services industry for more than 15 years in the areas of culture, belonging, and talent optimization. Over the course of her career, she has developed and facilitated innovative workshops, coached employees at all levels across industries, and led over 22 Employee Resource Groups. Renu has taught undergraduate business courses at the University of Houston and been featured in a variety of top leadership publications. She serves on the Boards of the Inclusive Leadership Institute at the University of Houston and the Mind Body Spirit Institute at the Jung Center of Houston.
