Robbie supports seasoned and emerging leaders in making the changes they wish to see in their lives. ​Having been a working mom for over 25 years, Robbie also has a strong passion for supporting professionals who have caregiving responsibilities. Throughout her career,Robbie has lived in three states with her family of four, often without any other family nearby. It was these circumstances that helped her learn to make the most of every situation and gave her a deeper appreciation of the challenges facing working parents and caregivers.​
