Samantha Roberts

With a distinguished 30-year career in corporate environments, Samantha is a senior business leader, highly skilled facilitator, and experienced coach. Given her commercial background, she has firsthand experience of the challenges facing aspiring and experienced business leaders. She understands the complexities of balancing leadership responsibilities, organizational priorities, stakeholder management, and life outside of work.​

She is passionate about empowering people to unlock their growth potential and take ownership of their careers. Samantha leverages her marketing background, incorporating metaphors into her coaching to help individuals positively reframe their outlook and boost their confidence. She has extensive experience coaching individuals at all levels within organizations, as well as conducting team and group work. Samantha is outcome-focused and utilizes a range of practical tools and frameworks, particularly strengths and aspects of emotional intelligence, to help her clients gain greater awareness and clarity.​

In addition to her role at Talking Talent, Samantha works as a leadership and business development consultant with a diverse client base. She resides in Southern England with her husband and three dogs and is a mother of two adult sons.​
