Satoko Gibbs

Satoko is an experienced executive coach working with international leaders in Japan and across the Asia Pacific Region for over 15 years. She has worked with many Fortune 500 companies supporting leaders and their teams to develop their effectiveness and transform their leadership.  ​

Her coaching style is reflective, co-creative and systemic. Her expertise in NLP, neuro-science, reflective practice and behavioural coaching provides width and depth to her coaching. She uncovers the essence of who they are as a leader, raises awareness of self, their relationships and situation. She works side by side with clients supporting them to be their best and beyond. ​

Prior to her coaching career, Satoko had over 20 years of experience in corporate strategy and management in Japan, the US and Hong Kong.  She is one of few Japanese female executives to have worked in Japanese and global organizations at a very senior level and is therefore adept at working in challenging cross-cultural situations. ​

She also serves as an INED at Daido Life Insurance Company and Earch-You Inc. ​

Satoko holds a BA in Human Science (with focus on cultural anthropology) from Keio University, Tokyo, Japan.
