Ting-Ting Lin

As a coach, Ting-Ting draws on more than 30 years of experience in management and business. 20+ years living in Greater China as an executive at Philips Electronics, a Fortune 100 multinational, Ting-Ting honed her skills in developing individuals, leaders, and organisations in a competitive environment. She has key insights of critical business processes and a genuine belief to support individual growth. ​

Before joining the corporate world, she spent ten years as a tenured professor at the University of California, San Diego managing R & D projects, cross-cultural researchers and graduate students. The experience she gained from this allowed her to be entrepreneurial and think ‘outside the box’. Ting-Ting’s logical thinking and objective analysis of complex issues support her clients in prioritising their wellbeing while navigating transitions and challenges. She has successfully supported many individuals to use their strengths to make challenging commitments moving forward. Ting-Ting has developed and run training programmes in the areas of Leadership, Cross-Cultural Teams, Mindfulness, Strategy, and sales.​
