As an executive coach, Tommie brings passion and vitality into her coaching and works diligently to help clients at every level unleash their potential and have greater impact. Tommie works to create a safe space for her clients to be self-aware, vulnerable, and transparent. She is supportively curious and will ask the tough questions to help her clients have light bulb moments. ​​

Having worked in the financial sector and in nonprofit, Tommie has extensive experience as a people leader who has developed and mentored leaders across the globe. In her various roles, Tommie has led people initiatives around Employee Experience, Customer Satisfaction, and creating a high-performance workplace. Tommie is a certified facilitator and coach, helping clients set and achieve meaningful goals. She believes that authenticity and intentionality are the primary keys to being a great leader who gets results. ​  ​

Tommie’s sweet spot is her ability to use storytelling and humor to help her clients look at situations from a different perspective. She sees conflict and difficult conversations as an opportunity and works to help clients break down barriers to effective communication both personally and professionally.
