As a coach, Fiona connects with professionals on a human, and emotional level, helping them better understand the beliefs that shape their behaviour. Using a person-centred approach, she utilises emotional intelligence, cognitive neuroscience research, as well as positive psychology. Fiona uses ‘systems thinking’ to connect her coaching work with tangible behaviour and sustainable business change.
Fiona is an accredited Emotional Intelligence coach. She uses tools and approaches such as Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Climate, Transactional Analysis, Strengths Based, Neuroscience, and Team Coaching. Fiona is also a passionate and active supporter of businesswomen and in developing female talent within organisations. She is President of PWN Dublin (Professional Women’s Network) – a global organisation supporting gender-balanced leadership. And she is vice chair of the LGFA (Ladies Gaelic Football Association) club in her local area.
Fiona has had the honour of interviewing Mary Robinson, the first woman President of Ireland, as part of a global International Women’s Day summit.
