Since then her experience has grown and she’s been responsible for leading many high profile coaching programmes at Talking Talent. These programmes have ranged from supporting working parents, under represented talent and embedding inclusive leadership. Now as Global Head of Market Solutions Lucinda’s focus is on creating world class coaching experiences, based in research, that support businesses to build brilliant inclusive cultures where everybody belongs.
