Coming from an Italian family, she has enjoyed running retreats in the olive groves of Le Marche, Italy, offering women the opportunity to discover more about themselves and to define their values. ​

Maria is driven by her own values and integrity. Her mindset and curiosity to keep moving forward has gifted her the opportunity to coach clients globally. She has taken to the stage in UK and Europe, talking about her passion for changing the landscape for women, particularly in the workplace. ​
