Shubika has extensive corporate experience, having worked for large companies such as Deloitte Corporate Finance in London, provided advisory services to several small and medium-sized businesses and been the Managing Director of two early-stage start-ups in technology and education. She is also a Board Member of Aina Giving, a foundation that works to empower women and girls in vulnerable communities. ​

She was awarded “Most Promising Motivational Trainer 2020” at the Mumbai Achiever’s Awards. She is a published author and media spokesperson who contributes on HR, leadership, behaviour and education related topics. ​

She brings a ‘can do’ attitude, high energy, an engaged, passionate and supportive style to her coaching. She has completed more than 1500 hours of coaching leaders across organizations and industries. Her insights have helped clients recognise their strengths, overcome challenging situations, unpack unconscious beliefs and blind spots, develop confidence, get more productive, go beyond their comfort zones, take the next step as leaders and feel more motivated and fulfilled in their roles.
